RETURN POLICY

Daniella Ortiz Design Group will refund or exchange new, unused merchandise purchased within 15 days of ship date.

Email us at info@daniellaortiz.com with your name, contact information including your address, and original order number, within 15 days of the ship date.

We will contact you with a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number and shipping label, as well as instructions on returning your item. 

All returns must be shipped back using the Daniella Ortiz shipping label. All other returns will be refused and returned to sender.

Daniella Ortiz Design Group has the sole discretion in determining whether the merchandise being returned is in its original condition. We want our clients to be happy with their purchases and will do our very best to achieve this goal!

 

The refund process will begin upon receipt of the returned item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be posted in the account in which your payment was made. A $15 return fee will be deducted from your refund. If you select a store credit instead of a refund, the return will be made free of charge.
