We have two boutique locations, one in the heart of Worth Avenue, Palm Beach, Florida and our boutique in the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, Orlando, Florida.

Are the colors of all Daniella Ortiz handbags, jewelry and accessories exactly as shown on the website?

The colors will vary slightly due to the natural variations in different leathers and exotic skins. Additional colors may be available for an item in very limited quantities.

How do I clean Daniella Ortiz handbags, jewelry and accessories?

DANIELLA ORTIZ products are made with only the highest quality materials. The leathers are delicate and natural, and can present variations or irregularities in the tonality. Use a soft cloth with a special leather or exotic skin cleaner you can buy over the counter or online.

For leather products, such as pebble, crocodile, lizard, etc., it is advisable to protect them with colorless silicon cleanser such as those used for leather furniture.

You should never apply the silicone cleanser directly to the material.  Before applying, first apply the cleanser on a soft, dry colorless cloth and then gently apply to the leather on the product. Never wash in a washing machine or store leather goods in humid places.

Spills of liquids

In case of spills, dry the liquid immediately with a clean cloth or dry absorbent sponge. Do not rub.  Let the article fully air-dry (not in the sun). Never dry leather with a blow dryer, as heat can damage the material.

 

Oil or grease

In the case of oil or grease stains, consult a dry cleaner who specializes in leather goods. Remember that leather is a skin and is very susceptible to the absorption of fluids.

 

Tips and Recommendations

It is advisable to store leather goods in the cloth bags they were purchased with. This will help avoid the condensation of the humidity that can damage the material.

Contact with inks, perfumes, makeup, alcohol, oils, sealants, waterproofing agents and solvents causes the material to deteriorate irrecoverably.

 

Never use: Glycerine soap, abrasive cleaners, varnish, detergent or other cleaning products, alcohols or ammonia water.

Avoid rubbing leather goods with garments that tend to lose color.

Avoid contact with surfaces containing dust, grease, moisture, etc.

Metallic leathers deserve extra care as they are sensitive to friction. Friction can wear down the original brightness and color of the leather.

 

Caring for Rhodium Plated Silver: Use a soft white cloth only to clean DO silver without polish or cleanser to ensure the rhodium is not removed.

What Is the Daniella Ortiz Return and Exchange Policy?

Daniella Ortiz Design Group will refund or exchange new, unused merchandise purchased within 15 days of ship date. Email us at support@daniellaortiz.com with your name, contact information including your address, and original order number, within 15 days of the ship date. We will contact you with an (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number and shipping label, as well as instructions on returning your item. All returns must be shipped back using the Daniella Ortiz shipping label. All other returns will be refused and returned to sender. Daniella Ortiz Design Group has the sole discretion in determining whether the merchandise being returned is in its original condition. We want all our clients to be happy with their purchases and will do our very best to achieve this goal! The refund process will begin upon receipt of the returned item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be posted in the account in which your payment was made. A $15 return fee will be deducted from your refund. If you select a store credit instead of a refund, the return will be made free of charge.

 

How do I cancel or edit an order?

Once an order is placed, shipment preparations begin immediately. Email us as soon as you are able with your change request at support@daniellaortiz.com. We will do everything possible to accommodate your request, However, if an item has already been shipped, follow the Return and Exchange Policy Instructions listed above.

What should I do if I need a repair?

If within the first year of purchase, a DO handbag, jewelry item or accessory has a defect in the material or craftsmanship, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. Proof of purchase is required.

 

DO exotic skins and leathers are delicate and natural, and can present variations or irregularities in the tonality. Over time, the color may darken due to oils from your skin or exposure to direct sunlight. Always store your DO products in the cloth dust bags provided with your purchase.
